Description: "Think of your normal redhead color and then add a kick to it," Pecoraro said. "It's beautiful and rich in warm golden-orange tones."
Who it works for: Pecoraro recommends those with fair skin try out this color. "With hints of cool tones in your skin, adding this warmth to your hair will complement your pigment perfectly," she said.
Description: "To achieve this hair color, ask for highlights closer to your scalp by your front hairline and as you get further away from your face, the highlights start at a lower," she said.
Who it works for: If you have naturally dirty-blond hair, this is a great way to brighten it up.
Description: "Picture that moment when you get your iced coffee and you start to pour in the milk," Pecoraro said. "This is a deep rich chocolate brown base with soft, ombré highlights that create dimension and movement in the hair."
Who it works for: According to Pecoraro, this color works well with every skin tone.

The color: Natural Balayage

Description: If you'd rather make a subtle change, try this natural-looking color. "Ask for soft and natural balayage highlights around your face that continue down sections of hair, all the way through to your ends," Pecoraro said. "Your colorist should allow depth throughout the top and back of your head in order to create an easygoing grow-out."
Who it works for: Don't want to go to the salon frequently? This color is for you. "It's ideal for someone with a busy schedule who wants that highlighted look without the pressure of needing to go to the salon every six to eight weeks for their root touch up," she said.

Description: "It's a not-too-warm and not-too-cool shade that looks super modern," Pecoraro said.
Who it works for: Don't want highlights? This is the way to go. "This color is ideal for someone who wants to bring their overall color a shade or two lighter," she said. "It's an eye-catching color that looks unique on every skin tone and hair texture."

The color: Toasted Coconut
Celebrity inspiration: Margot Robbie
Description: "This look is a care-free platinum blond with added depth to the root," Pecoraro said. "When transitioning from your maxed out Summer highlights into this toasted coconut Fall hair color, I'd recommend getting some face framing highlights with shadow roots to help blend the old color into your dark regrowth."
Who it works for: If you need to give your hair a break from the bleach, try the Toasted Coconut color.
