A 3D Hologram of the Late Sheikh Zayed Will Give You Goosebumps

A four-minute hologram 3D video of the late Sheikh Zayed will leave you feeling inspired and ready to take on the world.

A team of eight computer graphic and 3D artists from New Dimension Productions, a regional film and motion picture production agency, spent 400 hours looking through footage of Sheikh Zayed's speeches, videos and photos to study his tone, facial expressions, hand gestures and head movements.

The idea behind the hologram is to invoke a powerful and emotional experience for viewers that resonates with them long after they watch the speech. Because archived videos of Sheikh Zayed were good quality, it was easy to tweak using the latest technology to create the hologram, Hasan Hina, Chief executive and co-founder of New Dimensions Productions told The National.

In the end, they chose a speech about education, in which Sheikh Zayed urges youth to work hard. In the speech, which is in Arabic, Sheikh Zayed says: "The truth is that life is a process of continuous work and struggle. As we advance, the world will be witness to our achievements and history will record them. You must work because work gives value."
