Brad Pitt's War Machine Movie Film in Abu Dhabi on Netflix

Brad Pitt's Abu Dhabi-Based Movie Trailer is Bound to Make You Chuckle

In 2015, Brad Pitt wrapped up filming in the UAE for War Machine, and now the trailer for the movie is finally here. The 53-year-old appears as a charismatic U.S. General named Glenn McMahon, "who leapt in like a rock star to command NATO forces in Afghanistan, only to be taken down by a journalist's no-holds-barred exposé."

War Machine is inspired by the book, The Operators: The Wild & Terrifying Inside Story of America's War in Afghanistan, by late journalist Michael Hastings. The David Michod-helmed movie shows locations such as Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, and will be released on Netflix May 26. It stars quite a few other famous faces too; Topher Grace, Will Poulter, Tilda Swinton and Sir Ben Kingsley are just a few other big names to appear...

Brad's character seems to be rather witty; a one point in the trailer he sarcastically quips: "No finish your phone call, the war can wait..."
