Kate Middleton faced the miserable London weather on Wednesday when she paid a visit to the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College. The mom-to-be was there in a blue maternity coat and dress to learn more about the challenges and issues surrounding maternal mental health, and she gave us a glimpse of her growing belly as she made her way inside. It's Kate's second royal engagement of the week; on Tuesday she made a trip to a London school to launch a new website with her charity Heads Together. The duchess, who is due to give birth in April, shows no signs of slowing down in the run-up to the birth. She and Prince William will shortly jet off to Sweden and Norway, where they'll meet fellow royals and famous Scandinavians, including actress Alicia Vikander.
