Lindsay Lohan Wants People to Focus on "Children Suffering" Over Her Dubai Love Interest
She's often in the region visiting her host of friends as well as carrying out humanitarian efforts. But Lindsay Lohan's latest Dubai outing got more attention than she wanted. The actress was spotted getting close to a man at Indie Lounge in the DIFC area and it made news in the New York Post's Page Six. While rumors spread about LiLo's relationship with the man – who she was reported to have been holding hands and dancing with – the 30-year-old was not pleased that column inches were being given to her social life.
She posted alongside an old snap of herself with brunette hair: "I heard it's not legal to take photos in Dubai without consent... privacy like #monaco and more important world issues than a random photo of me#awkward #foreveryoung more important subjects like the #goldenglobes2016 rather than #children suffering apparently."
Lindsay went on to post a picture of her friend "bringing light into the lives of beautiful, innocent children" to Instagram, plus a picture generally wishing better things for the world. "Sending love, light, peace and hope to all of those suffering today," she wrote. "Before you sleep tonight, consider praying for someone you've never met and needs a guiding light. See exactly what she had to say in the gallery.
We can't say we disagree with the Lohan.
