Prince Harry, Prince William, and Kate Middleton stepped out in London to announce their plans for their mental health initiative, the Heads Together foundation, which was in partnership with the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon. There's no doubt that the three royals approach their work for the charity very seriously, but they're also unafraid of letting a little loose. After they all took turns at the podium, they flashed a few smiles for photographers outside and joked around with marathon runner Jon Salmon and his friend Steve Jackson, who has faced his mental health challenges head on with the help of exercise and open, honest conversations. The royal foundation aims to "change the national conversation on mental well-being," and encouraged people to raise awareness by running in the marathon last year.

Their outing together came out after news that Megan Markle, was in town to meet Kate and Princess Charlotte and spend a few "lazy days" with the prince. Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had been popping up around London lately to work with their various philanthropies, from Kate's visit to the Anna Freud Centre to Will's trip to a UK organization for grieving children.
