His Mission: Impossible movies are all about the fantastic stunts so you know Tom Cruise is really gonna bring it when the next one is release July 27. The actor performs a stunning skydive in Mission: Impossible – Fallout and it's all thanks to the United Arab Emirates that it was able to happen.
Taking place in March, the star's military-style HALO jump took precise planning, and the team in Abu Dhabi had only three minutes each day to be a the sunset and get the perfect shot. Watch the video to see the incredible 7,620 fall, which took 100 tries, deploying the parachute below a height of 610 meters.
"We needed the UAE. Had they not stepped in, we would not have been able to accomplish this sequence," he says.
