Egyptian Actress, Nelly Karim Is Engaged – Here's Everything We Know (So Far)

We have news! Egyptian actress Nelly Karim is engaged to businessman Omar Islam!

The Clash star confirmed the news by issuing a statement to Fuchsia magazine, in which she explained details of the happy event.

In her statement, the 45-year-old revealed that the pair got in an intimate ceremony surrounded by a few close family members, in accordance to the COVID-19 safety measures set in Egypt.

The happy announcement comes shortly after the star first teased of a possible engagement to her beau earlier this week. Karim posted a photo of herself holding an unidentified man's hand on the beach on her Instagram Story.

According to reports by Egyptian newspaper Al-Youm 7, the snap was taken just moments after Karim's engagement party. The news publication added that the Saraya Abdeen actress revealed that her wedding is set to take place once the pandemic is over.
