And the Nominees For the 2020 Oscars Are...

The nominees for the 2020 Oscars have officially been announced and we have to say, there are some pretty impressive names on the list. Much like the Golden Globes, films such as Joker, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Marriage Story, and Bombshell have scored nominations in major categories such as best picture, among others. And while, we're particularly excited to see who takes home an Oscar on Sunday, Feb. 9, we just have to say that we're happy to hear that Learning to Skateboard in a Warzone (If You're a Girl) has been nominated for best documentary short subject. If you haven't seen it, Carol Dysinger's inspiring short documents the lives of young Afghan girls who are learning to read, write, and skateboard, in Kabul.
