Taylor won five out of the six awards she was nominated for in 2009, including favorite country album, favorite adult contemporary artist, favorite country female artist, favorite pop/rock female artist, and artist of the year. Even though she wasn't able to attend the show due to her Fearless tour, the singer made sure to thank her fans onscreen.
