- 1 banana, frozen in chunks
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon fresh basil, optional
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high setting, scraping down the sides with a paddle as needed (you may need to do this a few times.) Add more almond milk to thin as needed. When you first blend, it will be crumbly, then mushy, then it will become ice cream consistency.
- Ice cream is finished when it’s the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
