Flywheel Playlist

This Flywheel Instructor’s Playlist Will Make You Soar Through Your Own Cycling Session

Anyone who has ever been to one of Nour Mansour's classes at Flywheel Dubai can tell you about her eclectic music tastes. From old school hits and big ballads, to Drum & Bass and big beats, it's all there.

"I like to play Bonnie Tyler's "I Need a Hero" – do I even need to say more?" she tells POPSUGAR Middle East. "Lately I'm in the mood to play "Crank It Loud" by Will Sparks – it's a beast track. I love to see the change that comes over people when the music builds, before suddenly going quiet, and then – boom, the beat drops. Riders go nuts," she says.

If you're not into ballads, you'll like the soft rock remixes. If that's not your jam, a little remastered R'n'B will be your thing. The point is: if you hate one song, you'll love the next. That's just how she rolls.

She's created a signature, a little-bit-of-everything, 45-minute playlist to get our legs burning as we belt (more like gasp) out the lyrics – it's bad but sooo good at the same time. We're feelin' it already.
