3 Ways Intermittent Fasting Improved My Weightlifting Game and Helped Me Build Muscle
You may not automatically associate weightlifting with intermittent fasting. People think that fasting for 16 hours a day (and eating all your meals within an eight-hour window) will make you feel weak, which means you won't get much done at the gym. Intermittent fasting (IF) isn't for everyone, so make sure you speak with your doctor before making any drastic changes to your diet. But if you learn that it's right for you, you might find that IF will help you make major gains in the gym and lose weight. At least that's what it did for me. These are the three ways IF allowed me to reach my goals.
