Nicole Scherzinger's First Pilates Class in Dubai

Nicole Scherzinger Tried Pilates For the First Time in Dubai and She's Already Better Than All of Us

Only Nicole Scherzinger would try Reformer Pilates for the first time and kill it. The singer and performer showed off her toned and trim physique doing a Cirque du Soleil-worthy upside-down splits in a class at Pure Pilates studio in Dubai.

Captioning the post: "My first Pilates reformer and it's in Dubai!" the 39-year-old former Pussycat Doll and The X Factor host put regular Pilates-goers to shame with her acrobatic moves and incredible body. Sporting a midriff-bearing sports bra and leggings ensemble from a brand called We/Me, Nicole proved to the world that age ain't nothing but a number.

The singer also performed last night at the Harper's Bazaar Arabia Best Dressed party at the One & Only Royal Mirage, wearing a gorgeous long pink gown with a thigh baring slit. Whether the Pilates class came before or after her event is unclear. However, she was joined by Caroline Stanbury, as can be seen by an Instagram shot that was posted by Pure Pilates. Caroline, one of the Ladies of London (think Real Housewives, but the English version), is now living in Dubai with her husband and two children.

Pure Pilates studio adheres to the Joseph Pilates method (Joseph being the German physical trainer that is noted for creating Pilates as a form of physical fitness). Committed to bringing the most authentic Pilates
practice to Dubai, the studio offers classes using Gratz equipment, which is the bar that Nicole was seen hanging ever so prettily from.

Guess we'll all be flocking to our nearest Pilates studio soon thanks to Nicole's perky derrière!
