Rita Ora Shows Us Where She Got Those Fab Abs From With This Pre-Show Workout
The incredibly gorgeous UK pop star Rita Ora was in our neck of the woods this weekend, where she performed a gig in Bahrain on March 8 and then, 48 hours later, at Base nightclub in Dubai on Saturday.
The singing sensation also found some time to sneak in a workout before her first show, as can be seen in a video posted on her Instagram page. Hanging upside down from what appears to be an aerial silk rope and doing sit ups, in what Arab News says was her hotel gym in Bahrain, the post was captioned: "Today's pre show warm-up."
No wonder she's got stamina! Dressed in a simple black tank top and black-and-white leggings, the singer is taped slightly breathless as a female instructor off-screen counts her crunches. Considering that she's hanging upside down and supporting her body weight by keeping her legs tightly wound around a rope, it's obvious that Rita Ora is in amazing shape.
The screen star has credited her incredible physique to daily circuit training exercises and eating right, although she thinks it's important that women understand her reasons for working out weren't to get skinnier but rather to feel better. Shape.com reports that after seeing a doctor that conducted doing weekly blood tests and monitoring her sleep patterns and lifestyle, Rita was given a personalized nutritional plan, which she religiously follows. Coupled with daily circuit workouts (3 circuits, 3 times, focusing on glutes and quads, and then one cardio circuit – you're welcome) and better sleep, the singer is at the top of her game.
Rita Ora isn't the first pop singer to show off her killer work out moves on social media. Nicole Scherzinger recently posted a photo of herself doing upside down splits in her first ever Pilates class in Dubai.
One thing is clear; we need to get us some upside down moves if we want swoon worth abs like these pop princesses.
