For example, today I just felt like my whole body looked bloated and disgusting. So I caught myself having these negative thoughts and told myself you might be bloated but that does not make you disgusting, it's a normal thing that happens to people. It's not a big deal so stop trying to look for things to dislike about yourself, you have one life so might as well go through it loving and accepting yourself and not constantly looking for imperfections or complaints. I kept repeating this to myself and made myself feel better 😁 I've always heard of people doing this but never tried it, it's weird to see how much my mindset has changed over the past few years!!
