Choose an Eating Window That Works Best For You
Everyone has different schedules and needs, so there isn't one specific eating window that will work for everyone. I like to work out in the morning and I (strangely enough) like the feeling of going to bed with an empty stomach, so I chose to eat from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
However, I know plenty of friends who are doing IF that like to skip breakfast and instead eat between 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. This also allows them to enjoy dinner with their family at the end of the day. Decide whatever works for you and stick to it!
