  1. Chicken
  2. 1l Buttermilk
  3. 12g Onion powder
  4. 12g Garlic powder
  5. 18g Salt
  6. 8g Black pepper powder
  7. 8g Cayenne pepper
  8. 5g Dried thyme


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl with a wire whisk.
  2. Add your chicken pieces and leave it to marinate for at least 24 hours.
  3. Before frying, gently place your chicken in flour and make sure it is coated properly.
  4. Deep fry for 6 to 8 minutes at 180 Degrees in vegetable oil or until the chicken is golden brown.
