- 1l Buttermilk
- 12g Onion powder
- 12g Garlic powder
- 18g Salt
- 8g Black pepper powder
- 8g Cayenne pepper
- 5g Dried thyme
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl with a wire whisk.
- Add your chicken pieces and leave it to marinate for at least 24 hours.
