- 250g cooked chickpeas
1 small garlic clove
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
2 salted anchovy fillets
150g plain Greek yogurt
Seasoning
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory and attach the MQ 7 Hand blender.
- Just start at low speed and increase the pressure on the button for higher speeds and finer results.
- Continue blending to a smooth puree.
