  1. 300g Cashew
    250ml Almond milk
    10ml Maple syrup
    Coffee (Double shot)
    5g Cacao cru powder
    50g Pistachio


  1. Soak the cashew nuts overnight.
  2. Blend all ingredients then put in freezer for overnight.
  3. Use the Pacojet for freezing before serving.
