Dubai restaurant Comptoir 102 shares their recipe for making coffee ice cream from scratch.
- 300g Cashew
- 250ml Almond milk
- 10ml Maple syrup
- Coffee (Double shot)
- 5g Cacao cru powder
- 50g Pistachio
- Soak the cashew nuts overnight.
- Blend all ingredients then put in freezer for overnight.
- Use the Pacojet for freezing before serving.
- Ice cream
