Dubai's Firebird Diner Introduces AED500 Burj Khalifa Burger

The Burj Khalifa of Burgers Probably Costs More Than Your Brunch

Anyone who has already experienced the delights of his Las Vegas or San Francisco restaurants will know that Michael Mina does impressive food.

But this new burger from the Egyptian-born chef takes the prize.

His Firebird Diner in Dubai has launched a limited edition option named the Burger Khalifa, much like the tallest building in the world, it's rather extravagant.

Costing the price of the average all-you-can-eat-and-drink brunch in Dubai, the AED500 bite contains a Maine lobster tail, sunny side egg, prime USDA beef patty and black truffle aioli in the larger burger. It's topped off with a small slider which contains another patty and seared fois gras, don't forget the pickle!

Other offerings to celebrate National Burger Week May 22-28, include the All American Slider, Down South Dirty Bird, The Big Tex, and Arabian Burger, ranging in price from AED50-120.

Last year Galleries Lafayette had the most expensive burger in the world for an eye-watering AED25,960.

Feeling hungry enough to eat the mega burger? You can get it at the new Four Seasons DIFC.
