Instagram user and vegan blogger sobeautifullyraw is on a doughnut roll. She recently overjoyed the world with her viral galaxy doughnuts and now, she's the proud inventor of sushi doughnuts. The concept seems quite easy to recreate. According to the post, grease a doughnut mold with coconut oil, press cold sushi rice into the mold, then flip the pan upside down to carefully remove the rice rings. While she went the vegan route, decorating the "doughnut" with black sesame, ginger, wasabi, cashew mayo, and avocado, allow your creativity to take over. I personally would like to see a hefty sprinkling of FURIKAKE! Also pictured but not mentioned is an avocado rose, which you can easily recreate by fanning out thinly sliced avocado and rolling it into a tight rosebud.
