That's how Chef Farrokh Khambata delivers his raw fish dish to the table at new progressive Indian restaurant at Sofitel Dubai Downtown.
Diners take their chopsticks and feed themselves a portion of the traditionally Japanese cuisine while tiny creatures from their aquarium wiggle below. Don't worry, the fish are then safety returned to the tank after guests are finished, but it's not for everyone.
