- 800ml yogurt,
60g sugar, grain
1200g Mango fresh (Badami or Malgoba variety)
- Wash, peel and remove flesh of mango, discard seed and skin.
- In a blender add sugar and mango with milk, blend at half speed till all flesh and sugar are mixed well.
- Add yogurt and continue blending on pulse til a smooth pouring consistency Lassi is achieved.
