Maple syrup and walnuts are a festive way to jazz up your plate of vegetables this holiday season.
- 3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp spinneysFOOD Maple Syrup
1 small spinneysFOOD Peeled Garlic Clove, finely chopped
200g spinneysFOOD Fine Green Beans
200g spinneysFOOD Mangetout
200g spinneysFOOD Tenderstem Broccoli
3 tbsp walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup and garlic together in a small bowl then
- Blanch the greens in a large pan of boiling salted water for
1 minute. Immediately
refresh in iced water.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle over the vinaigrette and sprinkle with the
walnuts to serve.
