Hummus with Cajun Crustacean

Ingredients
- Hummus Prep Ingredients:
Chickpeas 250g
Juice of 2 lemons
Garlic 1
Tahini 100ml
Salt & pepper to taste
- Prawns Prep Ingredients:
Tiger prawn 100g
Crab 100g
Cajun spice 1tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter 1tbl
Olive oil 1tbl
Garlic minced 1tsp
Fennel chopped 1tbl
Zaatar herbs 1tsp
Directions
For the hummus:
- Soak the peas overnight with twice their volume of cold water.
- Place the peas in the pot with plenty of fresh water and cooked for two hours or more.

Drain the liquid away, and place the cooked peas in the blender and blend it smooth together with the rest of the ingredients.
For the prawns:
- In a hot pan, add oil and butter then garlic/fennel, cooked until soft.
- Follow with prawns/crab & Cajun spices.
- Cook until the prawns turn pink.
- Finish off with the herbs.
