Beetroot and garlic are key ingredients as they are both strong anti-inflammatories. Roasted Garlic and Beetroot Hummus Recipe
- 2 cloves organic garlic
1 sprig Thyme
2 tsp Olive oil
Pinch Salt and pepper
1 large Beetroot - chopped
1 tsp Tahini paste
- Roast beetroot, garlic, and thyme with olive oil and the seasoning at 140c for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool fully and blend with tahini until smooth.
