Also known as Tao Hoo Phad Med Ma Muang, Pai Thai restaurant shares their recipe for the dish which has just as much flavor as the rest.

Ingredients
- 200g Tofu
15g Capsicum Green
15g Capsicum Red
15g Capsicum Yellow
15g Red Onion
5g Cashew nut
3g Garlic
80ml Oil
- FOR THE SAUCE:
30ml Soya sauce
5ml Dark soya
3g Sugar white
White pepper powder
Directions
- Heat frying oil in the wok and deep fry the tofu until it turns a golden-brown color.
- Heat cooking oil in the wok over medium heat and add garlic. Stir until fragrant then add capsicum and onion. Stir until cooked.
- To create the sauce, place soya sauce, sugar, white pepper powder and dark soya sauce in a bowl. Stir until thick and add crispy tofu and cashew nuts.
- Stir well and serve over the tofu.
