Forget the Armani Hotel. Dubai is about to welcome another designer accommodation and this one is said to be one of the most expensive there is in the Emirate. Vice President Silvio Ursini recently told Gulf Business that the room rates would probably be the highest around and from the looks of things, it's justified.
The residential properties will be based on Jumeira Bay Island, spread over 1.7million square feet. As the images in our gallery show, they offer views of the stunning skyline and people living there can make use of the world's first Bulgari Yacht Club, so you'll probably feel more like you're in Italy than the UAE.
Bulgari will be opening up 168 one-to-three-bedroom apartments, six four-bedroom penthouses and 15 mansions. Of course, people living there won't have to go far to explore the luxury amenities, lush gardens and restaurant options. As the homes are managed by the hotel, residents will have access to a 24-hour concierge, butlers, personal chefs, a wine sommelier, personal assistants and much more.
The hotel is due to open this year and the residences are planned to launch in 2018.
