If you've visited Dubai's iconic palm tree-shaped island, the Palm Jumeirah recently, you might have noticed this building in progress on the trunk section of the man-made piece of land. Now it has been revealed just what the luxury homes, at what's being dubbed the Emirate's most prestigious address, will look like.
One Palm is a 910,000-sq. ft. development that's 100-meters tall and contains just 90 apartments. Residents get to enjoy a private marina that allows convenient mooring and access to yachts, a fine-dining restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, BBQ area, cinema and cigar lounge, as well as a luxury spa.
People signing up to live there will get to design it according to personal tastes with owners able to choose their bespoke interior and finishes from two of the world's most esteemed designers. Japanese firm Super Potato is known for its chic, modern fit-outs, and London's Elicyon, which famed for its involvement in the renowned One Hyde Park, building in Knightsbridge goes for opulence. Imagine having a bath while staring at the Dubai Marina skyline...The exteriors were designed by New York architects SOMA and the whole project is due to be complete by next year.
Hmmm... we don't know whether to choose between this one of the upcoming Bulgari Residences! Check out the gallery to see what's to come.
