Here's What Dubai's Next Iconic Building Will Look Like
Architect, Dame Zaha Hadid, sadly passed away last March but her legend definitely lives on. The Iraqi-born Brit started work on this incredible building in Dubai before she died and Omniyat's The Opus is almost done. The multi-purpose property consists of the first ME by Melia Hotel in the region, it will also have office spaces, food and beverage outlets, and a nightclub.
"The Opus, scheduled for completion this summer, will be the next iconic building in Dubai's cityscape, instantly recognizable for the organic void at its heart, and we have the late Dame Zaha Hadid to thank for its truly unique design," Mahdi Amjad, Executive Chairman and CEO at Omniyat, said. "The Opus will be aligned with Omniyat's vision of treating each project as if it were a unique work of art, showcasing once more that we are the pioneers of producing inimitable luxury lifestyle experiences."
The brand is also behind the incredible One Palm property so if that anything to go by, it's going to look insane! See renderings in the gallery.
