Since opening in 2016, Dubai Opera, the country's first opera house has seen a wide range of productions. From dance shows to classical operas to Broadway favorites, the 2,000 seat theater has something for everyone throughout the calendar year.
The opera house's latest show was just announced, and its unlike anything we've seen before.
The World Doctors Orchestra is exactly what it sounds like--an orchestra made up of doctors from around the world.
The world class performers come from 50 countries around the world, and will make their Dubai Opera debut under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The group, which was founded in 2007, donates the funds raised from their concerts for medical organizations, and the March 22 concert in Dubai will donate 100 of the proceeds to the Al Jalila Foundation.
According to the official event website, in addition to classical music, spectators will also witness the world premiere of Positive Spirit, which is inspired by a poem written by Sheikh Mo.
