Twenty years ago the world lost Princess Diana, one of the most beloved royals of all time. And one hotel in Oman is home to a dedicated spot in memory of the late British Lady, and it looks like the ultimate romantic setting for a special occasion.
Diana's Point at the Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort in Oman boasts insane views from the Saiq Plateau, the country's Green Mountain, which sits 2,000 meters above sea level on the curve of a canyon.
Princess Diana, famously visited the point in 1986, and now it serves as the ideal place to reflect during a private meal with a loved one (we're expecting plenty of marriage proposals to take place here!). The resort – which has 82 rooms and 33 private pool villas `- is loved for its mild climate which enables visitors to enjoy biking trips and visits to the ancient city of Nizwa (aka the Pearl of Islam) year-round.
