What was your processional song? I walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of Led Zepplin's "Going to California," which our ceremony guitarist suggested. It was perfect for the relaxed but upbeat mood of the day.

What was your recessional song? We walked back up the aisle to Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." A slightly cheesy choice by me but it ended up being a fun complement to the moment we were announced husband and wife for the first time.

What was your first dance song? We danced to John Legend's "Stay With You." It's been "our song" since college. I had to stop myself from crying all over again when it started playing on the dance floor!

What was your processional song? Pachelbel's "Canon in D Major." You'd know it if you heard it; it's just such a classic and pretty wedding song, and it was so beautiful played by our string quartet!

What was your recessional song? The Beatles, "All You Need Is Love," also played by our string quartet. We both love this song and love The Beatles, and it's such a romantic song. Plus, let's face it, it was awesome when they played it during the wedding scene in Love Actually and we kind of wanted to re-create that.

What was your first dance song? We didn't have a first dance!

What was your processional song? "Dance Me to the End of Love" by Madeleine Peyroux: the song's title and lyrics pretty much said it all.

What was your recessional song? "Feelin' Good" by Nina Simone. My husband and I had always loved this song with the feeling of happiness, excitement and joy, so it just seemed appropriate to start our first moments together as husband and wife with this song in the background.

What was your first dance song? "Besame Mucho Live" by The Genie. The Genie is a local scratch guitar musician that we had been following for a quite a while. Having him play at the wedding was a surprise my husband had put together. The song itself was one that we had danced to when we first started dating. To have it played live by such a great artist was truly magic.

What was your processional song? The bridal party came in to the Up movie theme song, because we both love the sweet romance in the Pixar film and balloons were a running theme in our wedding (the bridesmaids even carried heart balloons instead of bouquets). I walked down the aisle to "Someone Like You" by Van Morrison, a song I've had a thing for since hearing it in Bridget Jones's Diary.

What was your recessional song? We came back down the aisle as husband and wife to "All You Need Is Love" by The Beatles. Some of our earliest and most memorable dates involved listening to The Beatles, so we actually had a lot of their songs in our wedding. Our grand entrance song was "8 Days a Week" and our exit song was supposed to be "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" but there was a mix-up and it ended up being a different Beatles song (I actually can't remember what it was).

What was your first dance song? Our first dance song was "Taking You With Me" by Mindy Smith and Daniel Tashian from the Our Idiot Brother soundtrack. It was kind of a random song, but we loved the sweet lyrics and could relate to them. Plus it was a peppy song that we could agree on — and we have very different taste in music!

What will be your processional song? Pachelbel's "Canon in D."

What will be your recessional song? "Here Comes the Sun" by The Beatles, played by a string quartet. We first met during college in San Diego, and both of us our total sun worshipers, so this one was a no-brainer.

What will be your first dance song? "The Way You Look Tonight" by Frank Sinatra — It's classic, timeless, and we both adore Frank.

What will be your processional and recessional songs? We're going with the very traditional pick of Pachelbel's "Canon in D" for the family and bridesmaids' entrance, followed by the similarly traditional Wagner's "Bridal Chorus" for my procession, and we're ending with the ultimate classic of Mendelssohn's "Wedding March" for the recessional.

However, we've added a very special twist to these traditional tunes — all of the ceremony and cocktail hour songs will be played on a grand piano by a young man who I was once a nanny for and have kept in close touch with ever since, making the music a very special part of my big day. I've even convinced him to study some Britney Spears sheet music to play once the cocktails are flowing!

What will be your first dance song? We've always thought of Shania Twain's "Still the One" as "our" song since it was the theme to our senior prom and because the lyrics are so relevant to our relationship. However, we're a little worried it might come off as cheesy, so we're also considering some Frank Sinatra classics for our first turn on the dance floor as husband and wife.
