Disneyland will soon have a mobile ordering service available at restaurants throughout the resort, so you can officially kiss long lines goodbye when you're hungry. A Disney representative confirmed to POPSUGAR that guests will soon be able to place orders in advance at "select fast-casual and quick-service restaurants" through the Disneyland App, which is available for iOS and Android phones. In case you missed it, Disney World introduced mobile ordering at a few restaurants in 2017, so it's about time the original happiest place on earth caught up!
Here's how the new mobile feature works: you can search for participating locations in the Disneyland App and then select a desired window of time for pickup. You can view the restaurant's menu and place your order — plus, annual pass-holders can apply their discount to meal purchases — and when you arrive, you can notify the restaurant on the app. You'll get a notification when your meal is ready for you to pick up at a designated window.
Lastly, you can enjoy your food ASAP and congratulate yourself for skipping the line and the cash register. If you're in the midst of planning a trip to Disneyland, this is yet another tip to add to your list.
