Looking back I can't believe how flat my butt looked after having Austin, I barely even noticed how much it's changed until I put these pictures next to eachother 😱 I still have cellulite and stretch marks on my butt/legs but that doesn't make me love my body any less. I love it just as much in the before picture as I do now ❤️ everyone needs to stop worrying so much during pregnancy about gaining weight or looking different after because any normal person that doesn't live in the gym will look different after and that's okay! You're still gorgeous and amazing! You grew a little human inside of you that doesn't care if your butt is flatter or you've put on weight so don't let it effect precious time or moments with your bundle of joy. There's always time to change what you don't like no matter how long it takes and I always say this but slow progress is better than no progress. Weight lifting should be enjoyable and exercise is easier if you don't hate what your doing so take it easy and enjoy your life.
