The Aleppo Cat Man's Love For Furry Friends Will Give You Serious Heart Eyes
In the middle of the Syrian war, one man is sparing a thought for the poor stray cats on the streets of Aleppo. Despite tens of thousands leaving, Mohammad Alaa Aljaleel is sticking around to take care of the many pets that have been abandoned, mainly felines, but also rescuing dogs he comes across.
His story can be followed via his Twitter account where he and his team tell followers about the developments at Il Gattoro d'Aleppo.
He's now estimated to have around 150 furry friends, some of which were handed over to him, and others that were found.
