When Imgur user Airrowathia went to the shelter to find a new forever friend, she stumbled upon Piper. She wrote in her Imgur gallery that Piper was afraid to be touched and was very malnourished. But she took her home and started the long road of nursing her back to health and happiness, including getting her trained as a service dog.
