Adorable Rescue Pup Eats His Way Through LA Restaurant Scene
We are officially a bit jealous of Popeye the rescue pup. This Los Angeles-based dog and his human spend their free time scoping out all the pet-friendly food establishments in Southern California and documenting it all on Instagram. All his beautiful pictures show Popeye happily sitting in front of huge amounts of food, which must be rewarding for a pup that was once homeless and hungry.
