The problem with most of us is that we're so attached to our iPhones that we wake up in cold sweats in the middle of the night longing to check our messages.
But the new iPhone SE could actually help us catch more Zs.
Announced at an Apple conference on March 21 in California, the brand's forthcoming mobile model, and the most powerful yet, is way more intelligent than the last and the new Night Shift feature proves it.
It uses the clock and geolocation to automatically adjust the colors in the display so it hits the warmer end of the spectrum after dark. According to Apple the subtle but clever adjustment may work wonders for your body and prepare you to get some shut-eye.
The forthcoming model will reach stores in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and other MENA places in "early April", while it's available on pre-order March 24.
It comes in space grey, silver, gold and rose gold metallic finishes in 16GB and 64GB models starting at AED1,649, but as usual places like the US, UK, Canada and Australia will get the product earlier, March 31 to be exact.
While you wait, see what makes the iPhone SE worth trading your 6S Plus in for.
The camera is better
iPhone SE has a 12-megapixel iSight camera and 4K video. The Live Photos Camera (which captures the moment before and after a picture is taken, and features on the 6S) features Focus Pixel technology for fast focusing, an Apple-designed image signal processor, advanced noise reduction, third-generation local tone mapping and better face detection.
It's a four inch display phone meaning it can actually fit conveniently into your hand unlike the 6S phones.
It's speedy but will last longer
The 64-bit A9 chip, introduced in iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, offers iPhone SE customers two times faster CPU and three times faster GPU performance compared to iPhone 5s, all with gains in energy efficiency for improved battery life. iPhone SE users can browse, download and stream content even faster with Wi-Fi up to three times and LTE up to 50 percent faster than iPhone 5s.
Multi-tasking just got smoother
M9, Apple's next-generation motion coprocessor, is integrated into A9 allowing more features to run all the time at lower power. You can also buy a coffee with your phone while you're listing to tunes thanks to Apple Pay.
Handsfree just took on a whole new meaning
You can access Siri simply by saying "Hey Siri" without having to pick up your iPhone.
Fitness is even more fun
There are a range of fitness tracking capabilities like measuring your steps and distance.
Your loved ones will never feel too far away
iPhone SE also includes more LTE bands for better worldwide roaming and supports Voice over LTE and Wi-Fi calling for high-quality wideband calls.
