Snapchat Spectacles Have Landed in the UAE – Would You Buy Them?

If you are way more obsessed with social media than you should be, perhaps these Snapchat spectacles are worth spending your hard-earned cash on? Snap Inc's Spectacles have arrived in the United Arab Emirates and Virgin Megastore is selling them in an array of fabulous colors.

The glasses can record video to send to Snapchat and while they cost $130 (plus tax) at selected locations in the US, they cost a bit more in the UAE at AED1099 ($299).

They can record up to 30 seconds of video by simply tapping and the lens can over a 115-degree angle while filming. Even people using a regular phone to view Snaps can view the videos while appear in circular form.
